In this week’s Staff Spotlight, we’re highlighting Oakland Education Center Mental Health Practitioner Sam Reimers.

"[Ms. Reimers] is so creative in finding ways to engage her students in social emotional learning, even outside of the regularly scheduled skills class. She finds ways to build these skills into their academic work and throughout their day so they are always building connections and growing in this area. She is very solution oriented and takes that mindset with her in her advocacy for her students."
